How many people can we fit in your Limousine?

As a private hire vehicle, we are restricted by law to carrying a maximum of 8 passengers.


How can I secure a booking?

You can contact us by phone, or by email and we will confirm your requested travel arrangements. However, we must receive a deposit before your booking is fully secured.


Will my deposit be refunded?

Your deposit is used to secure your booking and is non-refundable.


Who is responsible for any breakages?

In the event of any damage or breakages to the vehicle or fixtures, the person making the booking/paying the deposit shall be held responsible for all charges.


What happens if the vehicle is soiled in any way?

In the event of any persons soiling the interior of the vehicle, a valet charge will be added to your bill.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.


Is food and drink allowed in the vehicle?

Complimentary drinks shall be provided for your convenience. With special arrangement, clients may be permitted to bring their own drinks for consumption inside the vehicle. No food is allowed inside the Limousine.


What happens if the booking exceeds the pre-arranged time slot?

Any excess time or additions incurred will be chargeable at the hourly rate.


Will I have to pay a congestion charge if driving through the traffic controlled area of London?

No, any congestion or toll charges are paid for by us.
